Cold Water Fish

Coldwater fish come in a far wider variety of shapes and colours than the stereotypical goldfish

They have several unique advantages for display aquariums:

1. They do not require heated water; very useful if the aquarium is in a cold location such as an entrance area.

2. They are relatively undemanding in their needs; monthly maintenance visits are fine

3. They are fairly large and colourful; ideal for young audiences or those that are a a distance.

Tank size: allow approx. 10 gallons of water per goldfish and approx. 5 gallons of water per fancy goldfish

Diet: Good quality coldwater flake of pellet foods. Ideal for automated feeding
